2- Import the lasted VRC SDK 3.0 version.

3- Import Chibi Package.

6- Open the scene "Chibi Avatar" and upload.

Done! enjoy your new avatar! >w< 

(PS: Dont need any shaders because of vrchat quest shaders are included on SDK, but you can customize and use any way you want.)
